Constitutional case against Eminent Domain and the Natural Gas Act

FRIDAY NOVEMBER 3rd, 2 pm. 
Gentry Locke (Justin Lugar and Mia Yugo) will argue their Constitutional case against Eminent Domain and the Natural Gas Act. Please make every effort to attend– please remember to dress appropriately for court (no shorts), no “signage” in the courtroom and no phones in the courtroom. Offer rides to friends and neighbors~ very important to show public opposition to eminent domain.
