DESCRIPTION:WEDNESDAY NOVEMEBER 8th\, 9 am\nCriminal trespass case by Commonwealth against MVP surveyor arising out of surveys on Poor Mountain Road on August  28th will be heard in Roanoke County General District Court at 9 am. Again\, please plan to attend to support neighbors who have filed charges and others who will testify.\n\n\n\nPlease make every effort to attend– please remember to dress appropriately for court (no shorts)\, no “signage” in the courtroom and no phones in the courtroom. Offer rides to friends and neighbors~ very important to show public opposition to eminent domain.
